The problem
Training plans die on contact with real life. You miss a Tuesday, your gym is missing one machine, and the spreadsheet you started with stops matching the body you actually have. Most fitness apps hand you a template and call it coaching.
What we built
Coach starts the other way around: it interviews you, proposes a plan, and locks it only when you agree. From then on it behaves like a coach, not a PDF. Every week it reads what actually happened and reshapes the week ahead.
If you already have a plan you trust, Coach respects it. Bring your own program, or photograph the one your PT wrote, and Coach tracks and adjusts around it without ever rewriting it. The plan stays yours; the coaching layer works for it.
Under the session view sits a library of 78 exercises that knows what equipment each movement really needs, so a substitution is one tap and still trains the same muscles.
