EvenSplit collects nothing.

EvenSplit has no network connection. There is no account, no sign-up, no cloud, and no analytics. Everything you enter stays on your phone and never leaves it. We cannot see your data, because it never reaches us.

What we collect

Nothing. EvenSplit does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The App Store privacy label for EvenSplit reads "Data Not Collected", and that is literally true.

Where your data lives

Every bill, tip preference, and saved split is stored only on your device, using the iPhone's on-device storage. None of it is uploaded, backed up to our servers, or synced anywhere, because EvenSplit has no servers and no network access.

No tracking, no ads

EvenSplit contains no advertising, no third-party SDKs, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Sharing a result sends plain text through your own device's share sheet, with no links and no identifiers added by us.

Permissions

EvenSplit does not request access to your contacts, location, or microphone. If you attach a photo of a receipt, it is selected through the system photo picker and stored on your device only. EvenSplit does not read, scan, or upload it.

Deleting your data

Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the app removes all of it. There is nothing for us to delete on your behalf, and no account to close.

Children

EvenSplit is safe for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, we do not anticipate material changes.
